Fall Photoshoot?
I've been taking pictures of other families' little kiddos the past couple of weekends so I decided that it was time to get some fall photos of my own little guy. I was so excited to test out all the things I've learned. Each photoshoot I do, I learn something new that makes me just a little bit better.
I set out to the house down the street....they hadn't raked their leaves yet...thinking these are going to be the best pictures ever. My beautiful kid + my new lessons = photography greatness.
Kid kept running away from me.
Since there were so many leaves, you couldn't quite tell where the road started and the sidewalked ended so I was constantly stressed that he was going to fall off the curb and break a leg.
He was enjoying himself, though.
He wasn't taking direction well at all.
I think he was secretly quite pleased to see me so frazzled.
I had these visions of him sitting in the pile of leaves. I'd throw some up. He'd gaze up at them to watch them fall with a beautiful smile on his face.
:insert bad to the bone music here. Instead he just laughed at me.
Laughed and laughed and wouldn't even give me a second for the camera to focus for at least one cool fall picture.
Whatever.
