Overview

Media management clients turnover the reigns of their social media accounts to me.  I create, post and engage with your audience.  Currently, I am most familiar with Instagram and  Facebook, but am expanding my knowledge base and experience each day.

 
 

Strategy

Initially the strategy is pretty simple.  Who is your target audience?  Which platform are they using? Where is there opportunity for audience growth? How many times a week to post?  What is your social media tone?

 
 

Analytics

Monthly, I analyze the metrics of previous posts on each platform.  As we get more history, our strategy becomes more robust.  We can tweak content or completely change direction in order to reach the desired people. 

 
 

Content Creation

Posts are created with original photography and videography.  I definitely become familiar with your team and products. The goal is to ensure your content is authentic to your brand. 

 
 

Instagram

Instagram is probably my favorite social media platform.  Reels are favored and will most likely dominate the Instagram strategy.

 
 

Facebook

Facebook has 2.9 billion monthly users.  Thats a lot of people to expose to your business.  Content will be similar to that posted on Instagram, but not the same.  The Facebook audience prefers slightly different content than the Instagram user.

 
 

Shopify

If an e-commerce site is part of your business plan, I can help set up and design your site. Product photography is included with content creation.

Social Media Management

Our main goal with KP’s social media is to fight through the noise of the numerous designers available to consumers by developing a succinct voice for the brand while giving prospective clients a peak into the people behind the designs. Along with original content, performance is reviewed monthly by breaking down analytics to determine the most beneficial ways to focus content.

The first six months of being retained by KP, Facebook saw a 115% increase in reach and 4.6% increase in new page likes. Content focused on still images. One paid marketing campaign was implemented in the time frame.

In those six months, Kp’s Instagram account saw a 53% increase in reach and 187% increase in followers. While reels are the main focus of content, carousel posts are included in content strategy. One paid marketing campaign was implemented in the time frame.

Shopify Design Development and marketing

Led by KP’s Business Strategist, Kaitlyn Pheiffer, KP Designs Group launched their E-commerce site, KP Designs At Home, in November of 2023.  With purchasing and inventory handled by Kaitlyn, I oversee the design and marketing of the business.

My focus is the design of the Shopify site and overseeing the integrations with Facebook and Instagram.  The design includes studio and lifestyle photography of each product.  Original content is posted on the KP Designs Group’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. Marketing for KP At Home includes evaluating analytics of paid ads and organic traffic.
