I have a handful of clients whose kids do not smile for me.  Total seriousness.  This little guy is one of those kids.  He's a tough nut to crack but, a little tickling from mama did the trick.  I hear he was all smiles and laughs after he left and had a great big lunch.  Can't blame him.  I'm not all that cheerful when I'm hungry either.​
